Psychoeducational Work

General Objective: "To strengthen resilience and promote the comprehensive recovery of victims of the Colombian internal conflict and transnational threats, as well as vulnerable populations, through the implementation of psychoeducational and psychosocial programs that foster the reconstruction of the social fabric, reconciliation, and transitional justice."

Specific Objectives

1. Provide psychoeducational and psychosocial care to approximately 1,000 victims of the conflict and vulnerable populations over the next 12 months.
2. Implement 10 training programs for community leaders and educators in psychoeducation techniques and conflict resolution.
3. Establish partnerships with 5 governmental and non-governmental organizations to expand the reach and impact of the programs.
4. Develop and implement an intervention model specifically tailored to the needs of victims of sexual and gender-based violence.
5. Conduct an impact study to evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and adjust strategies as needed.

Goals

- 80% of participants in psychoeducational programs report a significant decrease in post-traumatic stress symptoms.
- 90% of trained community leaders implement conflict resolution techniques in their communities.
- 75% of participants in programs report an improvement in their quality of life and emotional well-being.
